Bracelet measures 6". One size should fit everyone, as you can bend the bracelet as needed to make it fit.

You are welcome to change the wording as well as add details to the inside of the cuff. Character limits are as follows:

Outside: 60 Characters, max
Inside: 40 characters, max

**TO PERSONALIZE: Please use the notes section found on the check out page to let me know exactly what you'd like your bracelet to say. If there is no note, I will assume you'd like your bracelet with the wording shown on the outside of the bracelet, without any changes.

Please use the drop down menu provided to select the metal you'd like your bracelet to be made in. If you have any questions at all about the materials, do not hesitate to contact WhirlyBird Designs. All materials used in this shop are hypoallergenic and 100% nickel free.

If you would like a larger quantity than what etsy will allow you, please just send me a message. I am able to make large quantities of everything in my shop, at all times, I just don't always notice when the quantity is set to a low amount on the item's description's page. Quantities up to 100 (and sometimes more!) is not a problem, as long as I am given a little notice ;)

Please keep in mind that if you pay with Paypal's "e-check" option, it can take up to a week to clear. If using PayPal to pay via credit card or your paypal balance, don't worry, they tend to process right away.

Shipping from United States

I try my best to have items finished in a timely manner and have it shipped within 3-5 business days, after the item has been made. If you need your order quickly, I do offer various shipping upgrades on the check out page. During high peak times, such as Christmas and Mother's Day, please be aware that my turn around time might be slower than usual. Please feel free to email or send me a conversation via Etsy to get a precise time frame for any order! I try to advertise cut off dates for holiday orders, but if you don't see an announcement, and need your piece by a specific date, please convo me to double check turn around time. I can accommodate almost all requests!

***Stating in your order notes that you need an item by a specific date DOES NOT GUARANTEE you will receive that item by the date you are requesting. All orders are shipped on a first come/first served basis--ALWAYS--unless you select a faster shipping and processing method at check out. My shipment timelines are always posted in my shop announcements, as well as on the item's description page. If you need clarification on a shipment timeline, please contact me.

I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to put the correct shipping address in your order. This is especially important if you are purchasing your item(s) as a gift. PLEASE put the correct address in the "Shipping address" field when you check out. If you convo me later about another address to send it, or if you put the shipping address in the "notes to seller" box, it can be missed by me! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF AN ITEM GETS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! Please, please, PLEASE make sure you provide the correct address upon checkout. This goes for Paypal as well. I will ship to whatever address Paypal supplies me with. As always, PLEASE double check your order prior to checkout!

I cannot control the United States Postal Service, so I make sure all of my items come with a tracking number. I suggest you make sure you look up the tracking number prior to contacting me about an item being lost. If you suspect an item has been lost in the mail, please contact your local post office to see if they can track it down. Once I drop it off, its out of my control. The post office will require you contact them to track down an item. There is literally nothing I can do. To initiate an investigation to find your item, they will need to speak to you.

All items ship via first class mail., and USUALLY takes around 3-6 days for US delivers, depending on where you are located. I offer several different shipping methods, located in a drop down menu found on the check out page.

International orders ship first class. You may upgrade to a faster shipping method upon request. International shipping can take up to 30 days in transit. I do offer faster shipping methods of international orders, found on the check out page. If the country in which a package is being delivered adds additional customers/duties/taxes/surcharges to the package (not common), it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay.

Returns and exchange details

No refunds. Period. I do my very, very best to communicate with you in regards to any piece. I ask that you be VERY specific when leaving a "note to seller" upon checkout. Remember, I cannot read minds, so I take everything at face value. If you have a question about a specific design idea, please contact me prior to ordering, just so we are on the same page. Make sure you proofread everything, especially names and dates. If you give me the wrong spelling, I will not correct it once it is made, unless you purchase a new piece.

Please note, these pieces are hand stamped. Imperfections happen, as it is 100% hand made. All pieces are one sided, as the stamping creates tiny dents on the opposite side (back).

If you are given a custom order link (usually via email), you, as the buyer, are responsible to check the details in the link prior to making your purchase. Always check the details for spelling errors, incorrect dates, missing information, etc. If you place your order, it will be my assumption that the order link is correct--regardless of what is discussed throughout etsy messages. I am not responsible if you do not tell me a change needs to be made PRIOR to purchase. If you notice a mistake after the order is placed, contact me IMMEDIATELY. If the item has not gone into production, the change can be made, however, if the order has already been made or is in the process of being made, I cannot accommodate the change without charging for a new item.

If you are unhappy with an item, contact me immediately.

If your item is damaged during shipping you MUST contact me within 24 hours of the USPS delivery. I will require a photo to show the damage. I do not promise a refund or a new item, this will be dealt with case by case. If you'd like to purchase insurance for your item, please contact me prior to purchase. If you contact me after 24 hours, you WILL NOT be issued a refund or a new item-period.

Returns are not accepted on earrings due to sanitary reasons, and no refund will be issued. I always encourage you to ask questions if you are unsure about an item.

If an item is damaged after you receive it, and broken due to normal wear and tear, I am not responsible! Please do not ask me for replacement pieces because an item broke, beyond my control. This protects me from someone breaking a necklace due to pulling, bending, etc. If an item is broken when you receive it, notify me IMMEDIATELY. If more than 24 hours has past since receiving an item, I WILL NOT Issue replacement pieces. Convo me if you have any questions!

Cancellations are not accepted unless submitted within 1 hour of purchase. Most orders go into production immediately after ordering. If your order has gone into production, a cancellation and refund cannot be submitted.

All items are hand stamped, and are one sided. Due to small dents created by the stamping, I prefer not to stamp the back of any piece.
